Course Overview:
Review the fundamentals of automotive sales from an overview of the sales process, to best practices and strategies in prospecting, and asking for the sale. Trainees will demonstrate familiarity with each step in the sales process, communicating with and hosting a customer, and know the steps required for a successful sales cycle.

Course Overview:
Course Description: A detailing of all the documents, information, and steps in completing a vehicle purchase. Trainees will demonstrate familiarity in all of the information related to EV purchases and administration required for a complete deal.
