Background
One of our goals is to help Sales Professionals navigate emerging technologies and ultimately increase consumer confidence in e-mobility products.

These courses will help prepare customer facing teams with a professional understanding of the products they work with and effective and adaptable methods to build consumer confidence and overcome obstacles in selling.

Electric Vehicles 101 

Course Overview:

What's the difference between a kW and a kW-h? How long does a battery last? How can you ensure new EV owners are set up for success? - If your Sales team can't answer those questions, your EV sales are being limited by your Sales teams' understanding of the product.

Introduce emerging technologies in the automotive space with a focus on zero emissions vehicles. Trainees will expand their understanding of EV technologies to interpret advantages and considerations of EV ownership to customers. Starting from an introduction to electricity, trainees will receive a working understanding of electricity, followed by an overview of all the variations of the technology, advantages and disadvantages to them, and consider what EV ownership looks like to most owners. With completion of this course, Trainees will be prepared to address customer concerns related to EV ownership to achieve increased new and used EV sales.
